Lack of Focus!

The Dopamine detox aims to reset your baseline of stimulation, increasing your capacity⚡ to focus, be disciplined, and elevate your output levels.

You can start right away.

Over the next seven days, I want you to do these four steps:

1.  Limit mobile screen time to one hour per day🤳.

When you limit your screen time, you’ll realize that there is so much to experience and learn out there, and many things are still yet to be discovered. You’ll automatically become more productive.

It also promotes better mental health, reduces eye strain, and encourages a more balanced and active lifestyle.

2. Completely eliminate YouTube usage▶️.

I know that YouTube is a great platform for learning, but it’s also a place where people tend to procrastinate the most.

Just eliminate YouTube for a week, and you’ll be surprised at how many hours you can save. Use that time to take action rather than consuming more of the same content.

3. Stay away from any adult content🔞.

Adult content is the worst enemy of your brain and its ability to focus. While it may feel good momentarily, trust me, it’s just frying your brain cells and hurting your self-image.
